Onsite Health & Safety Manager – Lead Compliance & Culture

Wessex Internet is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety function, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a proactive safety culture across construction, civils and operations. You will manage the Health & Safety team, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with multiple teams on site.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum with potential for a Construction Certificate, and a full UK driving licence for site travel.
