UX Designer – iGaming

Overview

As a UX Designer you will shape engaging digital experiences for players in the online gaming and sports betting space. You will work within a collaborative team to influence product development and customer experience from research to delivery. You’ll design across web and mobile, iterate on insights, and apply design systems to ensure consistent, user-centered solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, analyze insights and translate findings into intuitive user journeys
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain user-centered design solutions balancing customer needs with business objectives
• Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements
• Ensure consistency across products through design systems and best practice
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support continuous optimization of customer experiences through data-driven design decisions

Key requirements

• Proven experience as UX Designer in online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or gambling
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user research and usability principles
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps
• Ability to interpret user behaviour and business requirements to develop effective design solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience working in agile product development would be advantageous
