Solsta is seeking a proactive QHSE Engineer to work with the QHSE Director to develop Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards across the business. The role requires collaboration across locations with a three-day onsite schedule at the Redditch Head Office and travel to other sites as needed.
You will maintain and improve management systems, support new standards, and drive continuous improvement with a pragmatic, cross-functional approach.
