Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute electrical designs for LV building services
  • Perform electrical analysis and define design criteria and assumptions
  • Create/review technical drawings and specs using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated designs
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participate in client meetings and tender interviews
  • Support construction and commissioning with clients and contractors
  • Contribute to design process improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Proven experience in electrical building services design with LV focus
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; 3D modeling and BIM experience
  • Knowledge of Amtech Pro Design, ElecOM, Dialux, NES/NBS
  • Strong understanding of LV supply, small power, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, telecoms
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
  • Project management, time management and organizational skills
  • MS Office proficiency; driving license; willingness to travel
  • Proficiency with security clearance process (preferred)
