Early-Stage Chef de Partie – Shape a New Italian Concept

Luqa at Eden Locke on George Street, Edinburgh, is opening this autumn, and we’re seeking a Sous Chef to join from the outset as the team builds a new Italian-inspired concept. You’ll cook across café, brunch and restaurant menus, support daily prep and service, maintain hygiene standards, and collaborate with the hotel and restaurant teams to deliver a great guest experience.
