Finance Manager, EU DSP Finance

Overview

In this role you partner with EU Last Mile Delivery Service programs to drive financial analysis for strategic initiatives. You’ll influence decision-making with cross-functional leaders and manage reporting for your business area. The position combines data-driven problem solving with effective communication to senior stakeholders, shaping how we scale and improve last-mile products and services. You will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and contribute to a global finance community with development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for your business area and ensure data integrity to inform strategic planning
• Identify and resolve complex data issues with a focus on improving controls and cost efficiency
• Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs to enable informed decisions
• Communicate complex finance concepts clearly to varied audiences, adapting style as needed
• Sponsor and drive finance-wide professional development and engagement initiatives across the global team

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders across a business
• Proficiency with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools (Python, SQL, Tableau)
• Experience in financial modeling
