Overview
In this Audit Manager role you will lead and deliver audits for a diverse client base, guiding the assurance process across SMEs and charities. You will manage a portfolio of independent examinations and related accounts/tax work, with a view to progressing toward Partnership within 2–4 years. The role supports growth in a multi-sited firm, with hybrid working to balance flexibility and client service. You will leverage your drive and collaborative approach to shape the firm’s ongoing success and industry impact.

Responsibilities
- manage and complete audits for client base of small, medium and large companies and charities
- lead portfolio of independent examinations for charities, solicitors, accounts and tax work for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax returns
- progress toward partnership within the firm
- work within a hybrid model to balance flexibility and client service
Key requirements
- ACA qualified (or ACCA with option to convert to ACA)
- minimum 3–5 years of practice experience
- solid experience as an Audit Manager
