Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing and test processes to boost quality, productivity, and performance
• Support new product introduction by embedding production and testing requirements from the start
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and problem-solving methods to reduce waste and improve flow
• Manage capital investment projects from business case through implementation to deliver measurable benefits
• Maintain accurate production standards, process documentation, and manufacturing data for reliable operations

Key requirements

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering (HNC / HND level or equivalent)
• Experience in manufacturing, process, product, or production engineering within a technical environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements
• Experience improving manufacturing processes, assembly methods, testing systems, or production performance
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving
