Overview

In this role you drive growth in asset-intensive sectors by combining immediate revenue with long-term market expansion. You will build strategic collaborations, position Dassault Systèmes as a transformation partner for major capital programs, and translate large projects into recurring high-value opportunities. You’ll engage asset owners, operators, and contractors to demonstrate how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twin Experiences boost program execution and asset performance. This is a high-autonomy role with a strong network and impact across UK, aligned with the IE&M industry mission.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate growth across capital-intensive environments by delivering quick wins and market expansion.
  • Identify and open qualified opportunities where Industry Process Experiences (IPE) and packaged solutions create measurable value.
  • Shape strategic innovation pathways with key industry players, securing first-of-a-kind deployments and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage asset owners, operators, and general contractors to demonstrate how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twin Experiences enhance program execution and asset lifecycle.
  • Initiate and develop strategic collaborations to establish new industry standards.
  • Transform large-scale capital programs into structured, recurring, high-revenue opportunities.

Key requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in asset-intensive industries with proven business development, strategic capture, or partnership leadership.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical or industry background.
  • Established, trusted network across asset owners, operators, and global general contractors.
  • Deep understanding of large capital project delivery and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and articulate differentiated value propositions.
  • Cross-functional leadership and ability to mobilize internal teams and partners.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
