Mortgage Underwriting Leader | Strategy & Compliance

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at Head Office in Nottingham. This full-time role with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week) leads mortgage origination, underwriting strategy and team performance to support growth and customer outcomes.

You will uphold robust underwriting standards, drive process improvements, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with brokers, solicitors and partners.
