Residential Development Project Lead (RICS)

TT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Projects Team, supporting planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development activity nationwide. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and be RICS qualified, with a track record in residential development project management.

You will manage budgets, consultants, and contracts, while ensuring successful delivery of live schemes and providing guidance to the wider team.
