Corporate Real Estate Paralegal: Transactions & Leases

Shoosmiths is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Birmingham team with a range of real estate transactions, including data room setup, document drafting and post-completion work. The role involves managing client and solicitor queries, drafting leases, and preparing property reports.
