Responsibilities

• Advise on complex REF transactions – bilateral, syndicated and structured
• Support lenders and borrowers across real estate sectors
• Handle LMA-based documentation with confidence
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, and Tax teams
• Participate in marketing, client events, training and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 1-5 years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance or banking & finance
• A solid understanding of LMA documentation
