Consultant- Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Overview

In this role, you help clients in health and social care sectors assess and test real estate investment options and develop credible business cases. You will work within the Real Estate Consulting team to shape estate strategies and operating models, bridging commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives. You’ll engage stakeholders, manage change, and support decision-making on major capital investments. Responsibilities

• Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate/property strategies, and target operating models; support change management
• Engage with clients at multiple levels and nurture relationships
• Analyze data to support evidence-based solutions and present findings
• Demonstrate programme/project/capital projects and contract management skills
• Work in client-side and consultancy environments and manage deadlines under pressure

Key requirements

• Relevant professional qualification
• Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2, MSP) or equivalent experience
• Business case writing skills or equivalent experience
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
• Project management planning and organisational skills; ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of HM Treasury 5-case model and experience supporting business case authoring
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and influencing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work flexibly
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload with minimal supervision
