Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Finance Operations Team Leader to lead the transactional engine of the finance function across its 220+ practice network. You will oversee cash reconciliations, supplier payments, refunds, and expense compliance while coaching two assistants and driving continuous improvement.

Based in Northampton, you will maintain robust controls, work with multi-site teams, and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
