Technical Program Management

Overview

As a VP-level Technical Product Manager in Morgan Stanley’s Cybersecurity Engineering, you define and drive product strategy for Cloud & Platform Security. You will partner across Enterprise Technology to deliver security outcomes that matter, guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll shape the product roadmap, manage dependencies and risks, and enable agile delivery with a focus on measurable impact. This role offers the chance to influence security capabilities at scale in a highly regulated, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery and partnership
• Drive management, socialization, and evolution of the product roadmap
• Enable engineering teams to work in an Agile manner with clear priorities
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, including dependencies and risks
• Align product strategy with wider organizational goals
• Understand industry and market context to inform roadmaps and customer interactions
• Build and maintain customer community and engagement for the product
• Champion the team’s customer successes

Key requirements

• Experience in Product Management
• Technical background enabling dialogue with customers and engineering teams
• Ability to measure and report product performance using data
• Experience in modern software development lifecycle
• Experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders
• Experience delivering outcomes in matrix organizations
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering in an Agile environment
• Experience delivering products in Public/Private Cloud environments
