Overview

In this role you’ll support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of knowledge exchange and innovation programmes at UCL. You’ll coordinate initiatives and events, turning stakeholder insights into practical recommendations and building cross‑university networks. You’ll develop training, guidance and resources, manage KEI SharePoint, and monitor impact with data and reporting for senior leaders. Your work drives engagement, collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement aligned with KEI ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • coordinate programmes, initiatives and events to boost knowledge exchange engagement
  • bring together stakeholders through working groups and delivery teams
  • turn stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations and resources
  • develop and deliver training, guidance and materials to build capability
  • manage and enhance internal KEI SharePoint and knowledge resources
  • research sector developments to support continuous improvement
  • craft clear communications and build networks across UCL
  • monitor outcomes using data and feedback, and prepare reports for senior leaders
  • contribute to institutional reporting requirements (KEF, KEC, HEIF)

Key requirements

  • experience supporting or delivering programmes, projects, initiatives or events in a complex organisation
  • experience developing or delivering training, resources or guidance
  • ability to collate information and stakeholder views into clear reports and recommendations
  • highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
  • digital confidence with SharePoint or similar knowledge-sharing tools
  • ability to analyse data to identify insights and support decisions
