As a Solutions Architect at Hyperexponential, you translate complex prospect needs into actionable integration approaches that fit our agentic platform. You work at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success to win technical engagements with leading insurers. You design architectures, run high-impact discovery, and guide stakeholders through security and due-diligence processes. You’ll shape customer value through demos, POVs, and real-world testing, while contributing to reusable assets that scale across regions. This role combines technical depth with strategic influence in a fast, ambitious environment.

Responsibilities
- Translate prospect requirements and legacy constraints into integration approaches aligned with onboarding playbooks
- Lead technical discovery and design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, and IT stakeholders
- Guide stakeholders through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews to keep deals moving
- Create POV materials, proofs of concept, and demos to showcase integration capabilities
- Partner with Product Engineering as Customer Zero to test features and surface edge cases
- Produce reusable assets (integration libraries, reference architectures, demos) to scale impact
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering to align technical work with deal strategy and timing
Key requirements
- Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B/enterprise software, ideally in data-heavy domains like insurance or financial services
- Conducted technical evaluations and POVs with multiple stakeholder groups through RFPs/RFIs and due diligence
- Designed documented solution architectures with APIs, event-driven integrations, IAM, articulating assumptions, risks, and trade-offs
- Built and delivered tailored proofs of concept/value contributing to winning high-value accounts
- Collaborated with Sales to align technical work with deal strategy and stakeholder influence
- Contributed to shared technical assets and standards and ramped up on new products/domains
