Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

Overview

You will lead the design, governance, and evolution of a large ServiceNow ecosystem, balancing ITSM maturity with AI-enabled workflows. In this role you shape platform strategy, upgrade roadmaps, and guardrails while delivering modern self-service and integrated experiences across multi-system environments. You will deploy Now Assist, Agentic AI, and automated workflows to optimise service delivery and employee experiences. This is an urgent vacancy with immediate interview consideration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Now Assist, Agentic AI, and conversational workflows to enable autonomous resolution and intelligent routing
• Lead technical strategy, scalability, and lifecycle governance for ServiceNow ITSM Pro with upgrade roadmaps and guardrails
• Design modern portals and workspaces using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder to improve self-service usability
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, IAM, ITOM and third-party estates via IntegrationHub, Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven automation

Key requirements

• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with enterprise ITSM implementations
• 2–3 years designing and implementing Now Assist, AI Agents, and conversational AI; knowledge of AI governance and risk
• Extensive JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs); Flow Designer, App Engine
• Experience with Performance Analytics and IntegrationHub orchestration
• Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM), or Application Developer (CAD); CTA / AI certifications preferred
