Senior V&V Engineering Manager – HV Power Systems Lead

Vertical Aerospace is seeking a V&V lead for BMS and high-voltage power systems. You will own the verification strategy, run HIL environments from SIL to full integration, and ensure traceability from requirements to test evidence.

You’ll develop verification plans aligned to ARP4754 and work with systems, hardware and software teams to demonstrate certification readiness. Strong leadership and aerospace safety experience are required.
