Breakfast Chef and evening chef (weekends) – Lomar Ltd – London

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team at Flora SW17, a café, brunch restaurant and cocktail bar located in Tooting Market, London.

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch and evening dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage food preparation and stock efficiently.
• Work effectively as part of our kitchen team. Previous experience working as a chef in a café or restaurant.
• Experience preparing breakfast and brunch dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Availability to work weekday and weekend mornings, as well as evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Breakfast and brunch shifts: Weekday and weekend mornings. Evening shifts: Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
