Lead Mechanical Design Engineern I'm working with an innovative technology company developing ruggedised hardware for demanding real-world environments, and they're looking for a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.n You'll be responsible for:n Leading mechanical design from concept through to manufacturen Developing robust products for challenging environmentsn Improving product reliability and environmental performancen Working across materials, thermal management and sealingn Leading prototyping, testing and product validationn Championing DfM and DfAn Providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teamsn We're looking for someone with:n Experience developing complex hardware products in aerospace, defence or similar industriesn Strong 3D CAD skills — SolidWorks, Siemens NX or similarn A proven track record taking products from concept through to manufacturen Hands-on prototyping and testing experiencen The ability to lead technical projects and work across multidisciplinary teamsn If you're a Senior or Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with a background in aerospace, defence or another highly demanding engineering environment, I'd be keen to hear from you.n Contact Gemma or apply today for more information.
