Procurement Manager – indirects

Overview

As Procurement Manager, you will drive indirects sourcing and supplier engagement to support procurement transformation within financial services. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable performance improvements and new commercial opportunities. This role sits in a growth-focused procurement function, enabling you to influence strategies and analytics across the business. You will be challenged by complex supplier negotiations and spend insights, shaping how we procure services and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sourcing projects across indirects/non-tech categories
• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities
• Influence stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive performance
• Drive spend analytics and provide performance insights
• Shape supplier strategies and engagement

Key requirements

• Procurement experience in any category
• Negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
• Confident communicator with engaging personality and inquisitive nature
