Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across the Technology portfolio
• Lead complex sourcing projects, tenders, and significant commercial negotiations to optimise cost and create value
• Ensure robust commercial governance, risk management and supplier compliance
• Analyse spend, market trends, and supplier capabilities to inform decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver commercial solutions
• Contribute to ASDA’s Procurement Transformation Programme

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise
• Experience managing complex, high-value supplier relationships
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders within large organisations
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment
