Overview
As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic procurement and commercial initiatives for major infrastructure and transformation programmes. Responsibilities
- Lead complex procurement exercises and commercial initiatives across infrastructure and transformation programmes
- Advise on end-to-end procurement lifecycle and strategy development
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct continuous improvement activities
- Support contract mobilisation, risk management, and commercial/contractual negotiations
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to align procurement with wider organisational objectives
- Participate in business development and bid support to grow the advisory practice
Key requirements
- Strong experience in procurement, commercial management or strategic sourcing within complex project/infrastructure environments
- Client-facing advisory capability with senior stakeholders
- Experience with NEC, JCT or FIDIC contracts
- Supplier relationship management and contract mobilisation
- Public sector procurement regulations and awareness of Procurement Act 2023
- Consultancy or advisory background and ability to support bid activities
- MCIPS qualified or working towards accreditation
