Project Engineer – RC Frame

Overview

In this role you support on-site project delivery for a main contractor in Oxford, helping to ease the Project Manager’s workload and supervise on-site engineers. You’ll coordinate structural and groundwork activities, ensuring progress aligns with project plans and safety standards. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape on-site execution within a growing project portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on-site to drive project progress
• Oversee and guide on-site engineers and crew
• Coordinate different on-site activities to keep tasks aligned with plan
• Support site safety, quality, and compliance on structural/groundwork works
• Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues

Key requirements

• Civil Engineering degree
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Engineer on Structural/Groundwork sites
