Job Description:
Codi Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is recruiting two full-time Project Workers for Hales House in Torfaen. You will work days, evenings and bank holidays on a rolling rota to provide housing-related support to people aged 16+.
The role aims to develop independent living and tenancy skills within a client-led, psycho-socially informed environment. Relevant experience with vulnerable people is essential; a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
