Responsibilities

• Assist with design and documentation of structured cabling, Outside Plant, IT & OT networks and ICN platforms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop ICT strategies and holistic solutions
• Interface with Controls, MEP and Security specialists to ensure integrated architectures
• Research and implement current innovations in the Telecommunications discipline
• Prepare technical documentation and oversee construction phase services
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and project delivery standards
• Support commissioning activities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across concurrent projects
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team
• Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to secure successful outcomes

Key requirements

• 7+ years’ experience delivering mission-critical projects in an engineering consultancy or telecoms environment
• Relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent industry experience
• Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, Controls and Security designers
• Technical expertise in telecommunications systems architecture
• Experience preparing technical documentation (specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
