Overview

As Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA, you will shape lululemon’s external narrative and protect its reputation across the region. You’ll partner with regional and global teams to translate business strategy into media-friendly stories and drive thought leadership. You will manage media relations, crisis readiness, and strategic communications materials while working closely with cross-functional partners. This role offers the chance to influence how the company is perceived in key markets and to contribute to a growing, inclusive culture. You will engage with senior leaders to amplif y impact through compelling storytelling and informed counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the EMEA corporate narrative and identify owned/earned initiatives to tell strategy, culture, impact, and performance.
  • Build relationships with business and industry media across the region, serving as a key press contact in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
  • Amplify executive communications through media and thought-leadership opportunities for the SVP, EMEA and leadership team.
  • Support issue and crisis management across the region, enhancing preparedness and mitigating risk.
  • Manage lululemon’s corporate agency and provide internal communications counsel across levels.
  • Develop and manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with regional internal communications, PR teams, and the global corporate affairs function.

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in corporate communications across agency and/or consumer brands; global experience preferred.
  • Existing press relationships and deep understanding of the media/digital landscape across EMEA (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy).
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience handling issues and crises in fast-changing, global environments.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into media-friendly stories and co-create strategies with senior leaders, agencies, and employees.
  • Details-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
