Communications Associate

Overview

In this role you will support both internal and external communications to align executives, technologists, and investment teams with firm initiatives. You will craft targeted messages for diverse audiences, contribute to newsletters and updates, and help maintain the company website. You’ll measure campaign impact and refine the approach using data and feedback, while collaborating with Investor Relations on marketing materials. This position sits at the intersection of communications, technology, and finance, offering meaningful scope to shape how the firm communicates its story and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communications strategies across the firm
• Collaborate with executive management to ensure consistent messaging across functions and locations
• Create and tailor communications for different audiences (newsletters, announcements, updates on initiatives)
• Measure campaign success and adapt strategy based on data and feedback
• Work with Investor Relations to prepare marketing decks and IR materials
• Develop and maintain content on internal and external Squarepoint websites

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 2+ years in a communications role focusing on internal comms, content strategy, and writing/presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate financial and technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong organization and project management with attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
