Communications Lead

Overview

As Internal Communications Lead at Rotork, you connect people to strategy, purpose and future plans. You will shape leadership messaging, drive organisational change and boost employee engagement to create a clear, trusted, and aligned culture. You’ll work with senior leaders to translate complex strategy into engaging narrative that informs and motivates the global workforce. This is an opportunity to influence how Rotork communicates change and builds connection across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications across the business and partner with leaders to shape messaging
• Support change initiatives and help communicate rationale and impact to employees
• Create meaningful opportunities for employee engagement and two-way dialogue
• Develop strategic storytelling that brings Rotork’s priorities and culture to life
• Advise senior leaders on high-impact communications and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure clear understanding of what’s happening, why it matters and how employees contribute to success

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Corporate Communications within a complex organisation
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising on high-impact communications
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver high-quality communications at pace
• Experience supporting diverse employee audiences, including operational, field-based or non-digital workforces
