Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead social media strategy and grow engagement and follower base
• Manage media relations and build relationships with key outlets
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership to position the firm as trusted advisors
• Create internal communications strategy and plans to ensure organisation-wide alignment
• Oversee internal comms tools and platforms (Intranet, Webinars, Town Halls)
• Lead communications aspects of CSR, DEI, Wellbeing and Alumni initiatives
• Lead and mentor the communications team and report to the Group Director of Marketing and Business Development
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to support growth and brand awareness
• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality communications across legal and financial sectors

Key requirements

• Proven track record in a senior communications role, ideally in international professional services or partnership environment
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial and legal sectors and services
• Ability to develop and implement high-impact communication strategies and initiatives
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a small team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
