Overview

In this role you will lead the design, coordination and delivery of the training and capability workstream for UCL’s HR, Finance & Research and Innovation (HRFRI) Programme. You will work with OD colleagues, programme teams and stakeholders to translate complex processes into practical learning solutions, ensuring scalable, blended delivery across faculties and services. You will shape learning strategies, needs analyses and evaluation to enable colleagues to adopt new ways of working. This role blends consultancy, project management and stakeholder engagement to support organisation-wide change and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver the training and capability workstream for the HRFRI Programme
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate requirements into learner-centred solutions
• Develop learning strategies, plans and learning journeys
• Coordinate learning delivery and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Translate complex business processes into engaging learning solutions for diverse audiences
• Develop a coherent blend of digital learning, facilitated training, guidance and performance support
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, change managers and stakeholders to enable adoption of new processes and systems
• Maintain scalable and sustainable learning activities across multiple teams and functions

Key requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering blended learning and capability interventions for organisational change or transformation programmes
• Proven track record in organisation-wide or programme-level training needs analysis
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical learning experiences
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences
