Overview

As a Workday HCM Systems Analyst, you will optimize Workday HCM with a focus on Recruiting, collaborating with HR and IT to keep the platform fit for evolving business needs. You’ll translate requirements into practical Workday solutions, improve processes, and ensure high-quality data and reporting. You will help drive adoption, manage releases, and support security controls across the Workday environment. This role sits in the Back Office Platforms team and offers the chance to shape our HR technology for a growing global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Workday-related projects within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Translate business requirements into practical Workday HCM solutions aligned with roadmap
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and maximise Workday value
  • Support configuration and optimisation of Workday Recruiting and related HCM functionality
  • Contribute to Workday release management, including regression testing and feature assessment
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests with high-quality support
  • Build strong relationships with HR, stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure Workday reporting is accurate and aligned with business needs
  • Maintain data quality through validation, controls and secure management
  • Drive user engagement and adoption with effective training and support
  • Document processes, workflows and system changes with Systems Operations
  • Review and improve business processes across the Workday environment
  • Support implementation and testing of system security controls
  • Contribute to wider initiatives involving Workday, HR tech and connected platforms
  • Support cross-functional solutions within the Back Office Platforms team

Key requirements

  • Experience supporting, configuring or optimising Workday HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting
  • Ability to translate requirements into clear system solutions
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, testing or feature deployments
  • Understanding of HR processes, data quality, reporting and controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with HR, IT and business stakeholders
