Veterinary Client Care & Front Desk Specialist

Medivet Group is seeking a Client Care Assistant (CCA) to be the first point of contact for client calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients and colleagues. You’ll handle reception duties, triage emergencies, manage the diary, and enable online bookings.

You will work 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, with weekend support at the 24H Kensington hospital (1 in 4) and two bank holidays per year. This role offers strong benefits and a supportive team environment.
