Procurement Manager

Overview

You will own technology spend and drive cost savings within Dentsu’s Global Functions Procurement. In London, you’ll lead strategic sourcing across software, cloud, and MSP categories, collaborating with global teams and external partners to secure robust, compliant agreements. You’ll design global frameworks and run RFx programs, balancing multiple initiatives while delivering measurable value to the business. This role offers impact at scale through cross-functional partnerships and the opportunity to shape procurement practices in a multinational environment. You will work with senior leaders to enable efficient, risk-aware supplier engagements that support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own spend across software, cloud, MSPs and related categories
• Develop global frameworks with robust, multi-entity contract terms
• Lead RFx and competitive sourcing for high-value projects; implement global rate cards and coordinate with Legal, Data Privacy, Security Assurance, Vendor Due Diligence, and other internal SMEs
• Potential line management of one Procurement Specialist
• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently with clear stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with internal business leaders including Global, Regional & C-Level Executives to deliver value-add procurement solutions

Key requirements

• Substantial procurement experience managing technology spend
• Strong understanding of software, cloud and AI commercial models and negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating global or multi-country contracts
• End-to-end knowledge of third-party vendor engagement for a large multinational organization
• Line management experience
