Innovation / Product Development Analyst.

Overview

In this role you drive innovation within a global insurance company by shaping new propositions from market insight to launch. You work with cross‑functional teams in a regional hybrid setup to assess opportunities and validate concepts through research and testing. You will partner with internal experts and external collaborators to build the innovation framework and measure impact. This is an opportunity to influence life and health insurance domains across Europe and Latin America and to push boundaries in product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the innovation framework through networks, workshops, and partnerships to identify opportunities aligned with the innovation strategy
• Research, analyse, and present findings on identified innovation topics to inform decisions
• Quantify opportunity sizes using available data to support key choices
• Contribute to testing and market launch of approved opportunities
• Participate in client and industry presentations to meet team objectives
• Organise management meetings and necessary documentation
• Challenge status quo to improve products and processes
• Build and manage strategic internal and external relationships, including collaboration with local office innovation colleagues
• Monitor and understand key business metrics to drive team performance

Key requirements

• Experience in primary insurance and/or reinsurance
• Knowledge of technology trends and their impact on consumers and society
• Life & Health insurance experience beneficial
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and present insights
