Overview
As Contract Delivery Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service contract management within the TES Division, ensuring compliance, planning and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work on high-profile infrastructure programs like the Tideway Tunnel, coordinating delivery across teams and subcontractors. You help drive safe, compliant operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and regulators. This role offers impact through robust contract governance and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management and administration of service contracts
- Ensure contract obligations and regulatory standards are met
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships and enable effective communication
- Mobilise and lead project teams; review subcontractor performance
- Ensure training, security checks, and CDM compliance are embedded
- Prepare reports, attend progress meetings, and oversee risk assessments and method statements
- Manage delivery in a fast-paced, high-value infrastructure environment
- Support mobilisation and ongoing contract performance improvements
Key requirements
- Experience managing maintenance and/or construction contracts of similar value and complexity in critical infrastructure
- Proven experience with NEC contracts
- Experience implementing contract management solutions for large programmes
- Background in quantity surveying/commercial management (advantageous)
- Experience in fast-paced delivery/project management environments
- Contract or project management qualifications preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with H&S standards
- Holder of a valid UK driving licence
- Experience with CDM Regulations
- Knowledge of risk assessment and method statement preparation
