Your new company n A rapidly growing, internationally recognised business is seeking an experienced Group Finance leader to join its senior finance team. This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive finance excellence across a complex global organisation.

Your new role n Key responsibilities will include:

n

    n

  • Leading the Group annual audit process and managing relationships with external auditors.
  • n

  • Overseeing statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • n

  • Managing Group cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
  • n

  • Coordinating UK tax compliance and working closely with overseas advisers on international tax filings.
  • n

  • Delivering SECR and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • n

  • Leading transfer pricing compliance, maintaining intercompany agreements and strengthening governance across global operations.
  • n

  • Driving robust balance sheet control, reconciliations and financial risk management.
  • n

  • Managing and developing finance teams across both the UK and India.
  • n

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted adviser on financial matters.
  • n

  • Leading ad hoc projects, commercial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • n

  • Streamlining processes, enhancing controls and reducing month-end reporting timelines through systems and process improvements.
  • n

n

What you'll need to succeed n You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience leading Group finance and reporting functions within a complex, international environment.n You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Strong Group consolidation and statutory reporting experience.
  • n

  • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional entities and international finance operations.
  • n

  • Knowledge of UK tax compliance, transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
  • n

  • A track record of leading audits and managing external advisers.
  • n

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience developing offshore and international teams.
  • n

  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
  • n

  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
  • n
