Responsibilities
- Lead architectural dispute resolution activities and claims analysis for high-profile construction disputes
- Provide expert witness consultancy and litigation support in court and arbitration settings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret design and technical delivery issues within contractual contexts
- Mentor junior staff and participate in structured professional development
- Contribute to tactical decision-making and outcomes in dispute resolution projects
Key requirements
- Registered Architect (RIBA) with 15+ years in private practice
- Proven design, technical delivery, specifications, and site management expertise
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts
- Experience managing architectural projects from concept through delivery
- Analytical mindset and interest in the legal side of construction
- Excellent written and spoken English
