Overview
In this role you will handle a diverse civil and commercial disputes caseload within a Legal 500 accredited firm in Shropshire. You will work closely with a collaborative team to cover areas such as probate disputes, property and shareholder disputes, and employment-related litigation, with opportunities to develop a specialty. The role offers genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality client service. You will network and contribute to business development while delivering effective, strategic dispute resolution.

Responsibilities
- Advocate for a broad client base across civil and commercial disputes
- Handle contentious probate, landlord/tenant, and professional negligence matters
- Manage property disputes, shareholder/company disputes, contractual claims
- Address employment-related litigation and other disputes in a varied caseload
- Develop a specialty aligned with interests and experience
- Collaborate within a supportive team and contribute to business development
- Provide high-quality legal advice and client service
- Engage in networking to support firm growth
Key requirements
- 2+ years PQE in civil litigation or dispute resolution
