Overview

You will lead the design and delivery of innovative Real Estate technology solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture and security standards. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into architecture and drive transformation across the Real Estate value chain. You’ll provide technical leadership, govern designs, and mentor junior staff while staying ahead of cloud, AI, and data trends. Responsibilities

• Design and architect technology solutions to transform Real Estate operations across the value chain
• Provide design governance, quality assurance, and design reviews to keep programs on track
• Collaborate with Business Architects to translate requirements into detailed technical solutions
• Define and document solution architectures (infrastructure, applications, data, integrations)
• Create and maintain architectural artefacts (design docs, reference architectures, integration designs)
• Evaluate technologies and platforms for scalability, performance, security, and cost
• Provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle
• Stay updated on cloud, AI/ML, automation, and data analytics to drive innovation
• Mentor and develop junior team members and support career growth
• Contribute to thought leadership by sharing perspectives on Real Estate tech trends
• Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and practice initiatives
• Lead business development activities (pre-sales, bids, client presentations)
• Engage in internal practice development to grow the Real Estate practice

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Business Analyst in Real Estate tech
• Deep understanding of Real Estate lifecycle and technology landscape (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
• Experience designing and integrating across cloud, data, APIs, microservices, and security
• Ability to gather requirements, drive consensus, and make IT decisions with stakeholders
• Experience working with third-party vendors and vendor relationship management
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and hybrid infrastructure
• Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Desirable: AI-driven Real Estate solutions experience
• Knowledge of leading Real Estate technologies (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
