Lead Bridge Engineer – Civil Structures & Team Leadership

WSP in Cardiff is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer to lead and deliver civil and bridge projects in the Local Government team. You will design bridges, oversee inspections and feasibility studies, and manage schemes from concept to cost estimation.

You will lead a team of six engineers and technicians, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and regional leadership to grow Cardiff’s bridges capability.
