You lead complex bids and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals. Responsibilities
- Sell large-scale HVAC projects to FM’s, contractors and end users and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Lead and coordinate complex bids, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions with cross-functional support.
- Develop and present chiller/heat pump and engineering solutions (design-build, retrofit, service contracts) to clients.
- Qualify, pursue and close large opportunities, focusing on new business growth.
- Assist with solutioning projects alongside design teams and utilize SPIN selling techniques.
- Create competitive, compliant proposals, bids, and cost/benefit analyses; drive final negotiations.
- Build and maintain an extensive network of experts and industry contacts.
- Develop growth initiatives with guidance from the Sales Manager.
Key requirements
- Relevant experience in IREF with chillers, heat pumps and HVAC products and applications.
- Knowledge of selling service maintenance contracts.
- Proven track record with End Users, FMs, and contractors; strong relationship-building.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to influence internally and externally.
- Commercially astute with initiative and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening, probing, and identifying customer concerns; ability to influence at senior levels.
