Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits, costs and commercial aspects of programmes to ensure financial efficiency and value
  • Lead programmes from inception to completion and ensure successful delivery
  • Report performance metrics with strong attention to detail
  • Drive continuous improvement, learning and capability building within the team
  • Provide leadership in collaborative improvement and change management, with emphasis on safety and accountability
  • Analyse information and research independently to develop strategies and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Identify, assess and negotiate risks; engage stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Foster proactive conflict resolution and ensure project success through prioritised solutions

Key requirements

  • Relevant experience as a programme manager
  • Experience in water sector preferable
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve outcomes
  • APM Qualified or equivalent preferred
