Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of multiple structural projects across diverse sectors
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to develop integrated solutions
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and produce design drawings and reports
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery
• Attend client and design team meetings, site visits, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals
• Support business development, proposals, bids, and presentations

Key requirements

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proven track record in managing and delivering structural design projects
• Strong knowledge of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures
• Proficiency in MasterSeries, Tekla, and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination
• Commitment to CPD and sustainable engineering
