Overview

In this role, you will drive Fever’s growth in the UK by forging deep partnerships with producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders. You will craft and execute a growth strategy, manage large commercial relationships, and ensure mutual value through sustainable collaborations. You’ll act as the in-house expert on emerging trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale Fever’s presence internationally. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a commercially minded strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with major producers, creators, venues and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale Fever’s UK presence
  • Manage commercial strategy with large partners to create mutual value and sustainable partnerships
  • Balance a growing client base with organizational processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Stay informed on entertainment trends and act as the in-house expert on New Experiences

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts)
  • Strong business development and partnership management skills
  • Data-driven prioritization and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sugar CRM (preferred)
  • Knowledge of city entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
  • Self-starter in a demanding start-up environment
