Senior Consultant – Business Advisory (Procurement & Supply Chain)

Overview

In this role you will join Arcadis’ Advisory team to help clients in infrastructure and the built environment deliver bold procurement and supply chain solutions. You will work with senior stakeholders to structure complex problems, run workshops, and turn insights into practical recommendations. You’ll contribute to business development and help grow our capability across procurement and supply chain advisory. This is a mission-driven role at a global practice focused on sustainable outcomes and lasting client impact.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems and develop implementable solutions
• Conduct analysis and deliver evidence-based recommendations
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement
• Deliver diagnostic and maturity assessments where appropriate
• Influence and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead workstreams or small commissions with scope, quality, and delivery ownership
• Translate complex issues into clear client messages using subject-matter knowledge
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
• Coach and support junior team members
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Procurement & Supply Chain capability
