Overview

In this role, you will shape data and AI solutions for insurance clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data platforms and analytical solutions. You’ll work on complex problems across data pipelines, ML models, and AI-enabled processes that drive client growth and modernisation. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, mentor peers, and contribute to business development in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver cutting-edge data solutions
• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines, warehouses, and analytical solutions for insurance clients
• Architect and build robust data platforms using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and data strategies
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for risk, fraud, claims, and personalization
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Mentor junior data professionals and foster consulting skills
• Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities to apply new tools
• Support business development through proposal design and thought leadership
• Contribute to innovative insurance data solutions and best practices

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with data in insurance
• Insurance domain expertise across underwriting, distribution, claims, or finance
• Strong data concepts: data modelling, data management, data quality, MDM, reference data, reporting and visualization
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to propose data-driven solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and drive change
• Independent, strategic thinker with focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent time management across client work, practice development, and business development
