Overview
Leadership role to shape and run the Credit Control function across the EMEA region. You will lead a high-performing team, define strategy and operating standards, and partner with senior Finance stakeholders and clients to embed strong credit practices. The role focuses on improving cash collection, working capital, and control through insight-led reporting and process standardisation. This is a hands-on, strategic position with regional impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Credit Control across EMEA, defining strategy, governance, and operating standards
- Build and lead a high-performing Credit Control team with coaching and performance management
- Drive adoption of IT-enabled credit control solution aligning with Group policies
- Represent Credit Control with Finance Leadership, Regional CFO, client services, and clients to manage escalations
- Improve cash collection, working capital, and Lock Up Days; provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
Key requirements
- Experience leading and developing Credit Control teams across multiple countries or shared services
- Led process/policy/systems/transformation initiatives in credit control, including automation
- Strong communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive debt matters
- Commercial and analytical acumen with experience in improving working capital and managing multi-currency environments
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution, excellent organisational skills, advanced MS Office/Excel
- Professional accountancy or credit management qualification (e.g., ICM, AAT) advantageous
